Zimmer Kunz, PLLC is pleased to announce Aaron H. Weiss has been promoted to Shareholder and Zachary G. Evans has been promoted to Director. Aaron has been with Zimmer Kunz since graduating Duquesne Law in 2015 and practices in civil litigation, commercial litigation, and employment law. He also founded the firm’s brewery and alcohol practice. He has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers© Rising Star for the past 3 years in a row. Zach joined Zimmer Kunz in 2021 after working as an associate attorney at Pittsburgh law firms focusing in insurance defense, civil litigation, and various business and estate matters. Zach’s current practice focuses on civil litigation with experience in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he continues to assist clients with various employment, business, and estate matters.b
