- Defending premise owners and employers in toxic tort litigation against claims of deliberate intent and violations of workplace safety

- Representing high-profile civil and criminal defense clients, including professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes; labor leaders; corporate executives; media personalities; and elected officials
- Advocating for criminal clients in numerous bail and bond hearings, suppression hearings, jury trials, bench trials, state and federal grand jury investigations, PennDOT hearings, and traffic enforcement matters
- Defending a prison guard in a jury trial against allegations of assault and abuse
- Defending trucking companies and drivers in jury trials involving major accidents resulting in catastrophic injuries and deaths
- Representing physicians, nurses and teachers in administrative actions brought by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with disciplinary proceedings involving the loss of licenses, privileges or credentials
