Danielle Zietak’s legal practice focuses on the defense of individuals and business in civil matters involving personal liability, toxic tort, business litigation, and more. Danielle is known and trusted for her attention to detail and her ability to advocate for her clients.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Danielle has represented businesses of all sizes in a variety of civil matters. She has advocated for small businesses, big corporations, and government agencies. She has secured victories and dismissals for her clients in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. She is a zealous advocate, and has extensive experience handling matters from start to finish – whether in the court room or at a deposition. No case is too small, and no matter is too big. Danielle ensures nothing is missed.
Before joining the firm, Danielle worked for a regional law firm where her practice focused on estate planning and family law matters.
Danielle attended Duquesne University School of Law, earning a CALI award for decision making, and an award for her time spent in the Family Law Clinic. She has represented pro-bono clients both in the Family Law Clinic and through the Women’s Center and Shelter. Prior to her time at Duquesne, she graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Criminology.
